Retail Order Information

Free Spirit Collection is exhibited and sold at galleries, museums and exhibitions
throughout the United States, and is included in numerous private collections. To
find a retailer near you click here.

Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, personal checks,
and cashiers checks. * Not a secure site, for your security please do not send your
credit card number through e-mail. Payment by phone, Fax, or mail only please.

Availability: Usually, orders for items currently " in stock " can be shipped
within two to three weeks. We will, however do our best to accommodate your
needs.

Special Orders can take anywhere from three to six months, sometimes more.
A 50% non-refundable deposit must accompany all special orders.

Returns Policy: We will gladly exchange pieces that are shipped back to us
in the same condition they left our studio for anything else of your choosing, within
a two week period from the time you receive the order. Sorry, our financial structure
does not allow refunds.

Shipping: Customer pays shipping. Pieces can be shipped UPS, Ground Track,
or Priority Mail all contents are insured. 2nd day, 3rd day delivery, overnight etc;
are available at customers request.

Wholesale Order Information

You must have a valid Tax ID # to place wholesale orders- thank you! Please contact
us for wholesale pricing and catalog.

Minimum Order: Our minimum order is $250.00 this includes reorders and special orders anything
under will have a $25.00 service charge.

Payment: All first time orders are prepay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money
orders, personal or business checks, and cashers checks. N-30 is available with
approved credit.

Availability: Depending on the time of year, orders may take up to 6-12 weeks
to ship. Please contact us for current ETA's.

Returns Policy: We will gladly exchange pieces that are shipped back to us in the
